- o All orders placed on the web: www.flordecereal.es/tienda , FAX or telephone, will be considered as a request for an outright purchase by the client.
- o Orders will be implemented during working hours Monday to Friday from 7.00 h until 15.00 h.
- o Bread is baked daily in our factory, so bread is always delivered fresh and in optimal conditions for consumption.
- o Delivery in most cases within 24 to 48 hours, of receiving payment.
- o Delivery will be considered completed when the carrier has put the goods at the client’s disposal and the latter has signed the receipt of goods.
- It is the client’s duty to check the goods on receipt and to make any complaints that can be justified at the moment of receipt of goods.
- o The consignment will be carried out through the haulage agency TOURLINE EXPRESS, who agrees to deliver the goods in the time agreed.
- Purchase returns
- o In the case of non-delivery on the agreed date or if the packaging case is damaged, it must be marked on the delivery note from the courier and notified by phone to our factory.
- o Purchase refunds will not be taken after X natural days after the invoice date.
- o Purchase refunds will not be taken if the goods are not returned in their original packaging and they are not in good condition.
- Purchase refunds must be authorized by PANADERÍA LA VEGA DEL HENARES,S.L. For that, the customer must apply for a purchase refund authorization by sending an email to info@flordecereal.es indicating the reason for refund and the delivery note number or invoice number).
- Payment conditions
- o You can pay for the order by one of the three following methods:
- Online payment: Through our security payment gateway with LA CAIXA savings bank. It is not necessary to have a La Caixa card, all banks are permitted, VISA, MASTERCARD and other cards. Through online payment, your orders are processed immediately and therefore will get priority delivery.
- Bank transfer: Once the order has been placed, a bank transfer is made for the total amount quoting the order number to the following bank account:

Once the transfer has been made, send an email or FAX showing the transfer receipt. Your order will be placed after receipt.
